I am a woman of my word. I said I’d go back to Ceviche…so I did!


And it was as good, if not better!


The Sakura Maru ceviche and Causa Santa Rosa made another appearance, but the show-stopper was the crispy pork belly with mole style black beans and potato. Smoky, nutty and sweet all at the same time.


I even got to try the pudding this time. Cinnamon soaked sponge with creamy dulce de leche ice cream. Got to hand it to them, Ceviche doesn’t disappoint.
